Notice to ARDR Members

Effective October 3, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time (CT), ARDR will suspend its activities pending a review of its programs and arrangements connected with E-Estate.

The suspension covers new memberships, certification, educational programs, events and E-Estate-related promotional activities.

Members must cease promoting E-Estate purchases, recruiting new buyers and soliciting funds on its behalf during the suspension.

Changes to membership status will be communicated individually. Any termination of Strategic Partner, Senior Agent or Agent agreements will be addressed separately by the relevant contracting entity, in accordance with the applicable terms. This notice does not cancel previously accrued obligations.
