The ARDR Code serves as the foundation of professional and ethical standards for all members of the Association of Real Digital Realtors. This document aims to strengthen trust, transparency, and a high level of competence among realtors operating in the digital real estate and tokenization market. The Code upholds a high professional standard, protecting the interests of both clients and realtors themselves.
ARDR strives to create an honest and transparent digital real estate market, enhance the professional skills of its members, and protect the rights of all participants. The key goals of the Code include building trust in tokenized real estate transactions and establishing high standards of professional ethics.
Every ARDR member has the right to access educational materials, participate in professional events, and receive consultations on professional matters. Members' responsibilities include strict adherence to the principles of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality, as well as the mandatory disclosure of all information related to tokenized transactions.
The Code establishes mandatory ethical standards, including honesty, confidentiality protection, avoidance of conflicts of interest, continuous improvement of professional skills, and the delivery of high-quality services.
In the event of a Code violation, members of the Association may face sanctions, including warnings, fines, or complete expulsion from ARDR. All matters related to Code violations are reviewed by the Association's Ethics Committee.
The ARDR Code is a mandatory standard of conduct and practice for every member of the Association. Adherence to the Code fosters the development of a sustainable digital real estate market and strengthens trust in the realtor profession.
We invite all realtors committed to professional growth and upholding high standards to join our community and contribute to the advancement of the digital real estate market.
